The Spanish Businnes Council is looking for an Office Coordinator based in Dubai.
You will perform, during your employment duties in relation to the business of the Spanish Business Council with your position as Office Coordinator and may from time to time be assigned additional projects, responsibilities and activities not mentioned in your job descriptions.
Main Task and Duties:
- Manage all the administrative tasks of the Spanish Business Council Office, including banks accounts, petty cash.
- Sending invoices, QuickBooks program.
- Responsible for the SBC communications with the Board of Directors. Assist with communications (mailings, meeting support, catering and invitations to events).
- Relation with organisms related to the Spanish business Council as Spanish Embassy, Icex, Dubai Chamber and other emirates chambers, other Business Councils, local and foreigner media.
- Responsible for attracting and retaining members, going to exhibitons, meeting
- Manage website and newsletter, community manager
- Give support for the Accountability and Finance control.
- Give support to the events organized by the Spanish Business Council and others as per requirements by the Board of Directors.
- Managing filing systems and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
